Delivery time is not an issue the food was lovely thanks. I did have one concern that your delivery driver was not wearing gloves in this present state of coronavirus. I am sure I am not the only customer worried at this time and assume food prep is done at the highest hygiene standards possible but this should also apply when delivering the food as whilst driving you cannot wash your hands therefore gloves are a necessity when leaving the car and handling other people's food.

nice food but only found out about time delay after waiting for hour & 20 minutes. 1 part of the order was wrong (we waited so long for food that we didn't have time to correct so we had to accept it). we don't expect these kind of issues with a nearly £50 order!!!!

Ordered a beefburger and was sent a cheeseburger luckily the driver said he would get it changed and I have just received the replacement.

Order took over an hour and a half to arrive which wasn't too bad as it normally takes a long time for your orders to arrive so I'm used to it. But the food was stone cold when it arrived which ruined the meal
